Welcome to our newest experiential design! Getting to know the team at McKee Builders allowed us to create a differentiated design style that underscores the builder’s brand philosophy – one that is rich in family values. With a Modern Traditional design style, we personalized the story to those mature and savvy homebuyers who are drawn to the coastal lifestyle. The design intention is to showcase McKee Builders’ interior selection displays with clean lines and contrasting tones. Influenced by the sights and sounds of the shore, we applied architectural details to the ceiling to add drama and to elevate the experience. The ceiling panels a provide sense of motion like the sail of a boat blowing in the wind or the waves of the ocean. The studio is enveloped in a creamy, sand color palette with a hardwood floor herringbone pattern that leads you through the studio. Display areas are complimented by decorative lighting in rattan and seagrass to complete the look for a comfortable, casual experience.
