Today’s renter is a “renter by choice”, motivated by a good location with walkable and close-by amenities.  This change in demographic is an exciting challenge from a design perspective to showcase a more sophisticated experience.  Green Brook, well known for the brook that runs through it, is considered the Emerald City of Somerset County.  We were inspired by this natural landscape as well as the charming, relaxed neighborhood and used accents of blues and greens – as well as modern landscape art - to bring the outdoors to the interior.  With traditional styling and a neutral foundation, the design helps to elevate the living experience.
